ENTRANCE

Canyon Springs is a new community, with many homes already occupied and other homes still under construction. Lots are available to pick from for the model of your choice. Pretty community entrance accentuated with ancient oaks, specialty palms, water features and pretty rust-colored stone walls. 24/7 guard gated with exits at both east and west ends of complex. 24/7 GUARDED GATEHOUSE AT ENTRANCE

CANYON SPRINGS has two exits, east and west. At Lyons Road there is a guarded gate house for entry for residents and guests. Canyon Town Center at Lyons Road and Boynton Beach Boulevard, just west of the Turnpike, is under construction. The Center is a 200,000 sq ft "Main Street'style" shopping center with Publix, Walgreens, restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining facilities, specialty stores, banks, salons and professional offices. The Center is adjacent to a 52-acre district park to be built and an Elementary and Middle School. The park will include an athletic complex with 4 soccer fields, a roller hockey rink and a community center with racquetball courts, workout area, locker rooms and a banquet hall. Nearby is the new site of the Bethesda Memorial Hospital, which will offer 130,000 sq ft of medical office space. The existing Bethesda Health City which serves 3000 patients a day is nearby. This community is being built by GLHomes. Area schools are Sunset Palms Elementary; Odyssey Middle and Olympic Heights High School. New schools will soon be coming to this area.
